When you call EMS, we immediately assign a locator who documents all the job details and remains onsite to ensure excavators are aware of tolerance zones and to guarantee pipeline and coating integrity. EMS also maintains, reviews and inspects all documentation regarding pipeline locates and right-of-way fly overs, and provides a detailed report for Railroad Commission and DOT audits and inquiries.
