At EMS USA, safety is our number one priority.  On one occasion in the past, we detected a state-wide communication outage before Emergency Services and then notified them of the problem in order to minimize damage for all affected.  We currently operate all across the nation, but have the capability to operate anywhere that radio, cellular, or satellite communication can be reached. 

All of our field service technicians complete DOT and industry certification annually.
