Field Operations Controller
Location: Baytown, Texas

The Field Operations Controller is responsible for meeting assigned operations and accounting responsibilities by maintaining adherence to applicable Company policies, procedures, processes and internal controls. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and maintaining regular and ad-hoc operations forecasts and reports
- Monitoring and tracking project performance compared to bids, budgets and plans and explaining variances
- Overseeing and directing the day-to-day performance of A/R, A/P, Payroll and associated accounting functions by the respective local field office administrative personnel in accordance with accounting standards and Company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring close liaison, communication and cooperation between the division’s field office(s) and other internal and external groups.
- Assisting in the pro-active identification and implementation of process improvements
- Monitoring and implementing programs and processes designed to maximize internal control over the conducting and reporting of Company business and for the safeguarding of Company assets
- Supporting the Division’s Director of Operations, including by performing similar functions for his/her operations at other locations
- Representing the Director of Operations in internal and external meetings as required
Qualifications/Skills:
- Degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school
- Four or more years of accounting experience with a solid knowledge of accounting entries
- Experience of field operations with knowledge of the pipeline maintenance and operations, construction and/or oilfield services industries
- Experience of accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory and payroll processes and systems.
- Experience in a process flow orientated environment
- Excellent organizational and people skills
- Self motivated, self directed and diligent with ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with co-employees and supplier and customer base
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.) and PC skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
Turbine Mechanic
The Turbine Mechanic must possess skills to repair and maintain all types of rotating equipment including large frame turbines and compressors.
Qualifications:
• Must possess a working knowledge of large frame turbines and compressors
• Must be able to use hand or power tools
• Must be able to read Precision Tools such as Micrometers, Indicators, Calipers, Scales ect
• Must be familiar with Laser Alignment
• Must have the ability to operate overhead crane
• Must be able to travel out-of-state and out of the country
• Must posses a valid passport, state issued driver license, and social security card
• Must be available for 24/7 call out and extended work days (one month or greater)
• Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills
• Must have the ability to work well in a dynamic group environment
• Must be able to work in hazardous conditions, adverse weather, and cramped conditions
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to maintain records, reports, or files
• Must be able to read technical drawings
• Must be able to understand technical operating, service or repair manuals
• Must be adhere to safety procedures
• Must have working knowledge of all types of rotating equipment
• Must have TWIC Card & NCCER/ NCCER PLUS- Millwright certification

Qualifications:
• Must be NCCER-Plus Certified for Instrumentation and/or Electrical.
• Must have a minimum State of Texas Apprentice Electrical License.

Benefits Specialist
The Benefits Specialist will coordinate all aspects of employee benefits and benefit information, resolving insurance benefit questions, reporting and resolution of problems, providing information to new and current employees, ensuring proof of coverage and accurate billing information. The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of wellness programs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with carrier contracts.
- Assist employees and/or third party providers (insurance carriers, ADP) for the purpose of verifying eligibility, conveying information and processing of claims.
- Develop written materials, presentations for the purposes of educating employees on their benefit options.
- Prints/prepares benefit election forms/memos and prepares benefit packets and enrollment forms for new employees. Reminds employees of enrollment deadlines.
- Runs weekly/monthly analysis and audits to troubleshoot benefits errors throughout and shares information with appropriate HR/Payroll team members (i.e. new employees w/out coverage, w/out payroll deductions.).
- Implement and coordinate Wellness Programs
- Contact person for administration of Life/AD&D claims and LTD claims
- Inputs benefit elections into HRIS System.
- Coordinates FMLA and STD for employees in compliance with Federal regulations.
- Assists in troubleshooting system errors and resolving issues with processing of claims and/or employee eligibility with vendors as appropriate.
- Manages annual Open Enrollment Process with vendors and HR team members.
- Responsible for annual NDT testing for 401K plan.
- Responsible for annual 5500 filing.
- Works with Company Benefit Vendors and TPA’s on monthly billing reconciliations.
- Participates in Benefit/HR projects on a regular basis.
- Assists other HR personnel for the purposes of supporting the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three to five years benefits experience with company Health & Wellness Plans
- Experience using payroll/HR systems – preferably ADP HRB
- MS Office, strong excel skills, strong analytical skills
- NDT testing & 5500 filing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
