General Manager – Construction & Rehabilitation (East)
As General Manager of EMS USA’s Construction and Rehabilitation East Business Unit, Mr. Wing focuses on large liquid and gas pipelines and compressor stations.

Mr. Wing has over 11 years of experience with pipeline rehabilitation, repair, and construction. He has a management and supervision background in new construction and maintenance, underground utility locating, and hazwoper training. He has served as Superintendent over many pipeline and maintenance projects for EMS USA and is a DOT-Operator Qualified Performance Evaluator.
