Operations Manager– Mechanical, Analytical & LDAR
Mr. Cockrill is an energy industry executive with over 10 years of expertise in refineries, chemical, and gas plant operations and administration, and environmental health and safety fields.

In his 8-year career at Energy Facility Services, Inc., Mr. Cockrill held various positions including Regional Operations Manager from 2000 to 2002, Division Manager from 2002 to 2004, and Vice President of Industrial Operations from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Cockrill also served as the Safety Director for EFSI prior to joining EMS USA, Inc. Prior to joining EFSI, Mr. Cockrill had also held management positions with ARI Environmental, Inc. and Superior Quality Health Care, Inc.

Mr. Cockrill holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Applied Arts and Science from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas
