Christopher “Scott” Eady, a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), is the Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Compliance. He and his staff are responsible for all Federal, State and Local safety and environmental regulation compliance in all operations. Mr. Eady has a track record of lowering the Recordable Incident Rate (RIR) to the lowest in each companies’ history with which he has been employed.

Mr. Eady holds a BS in Environmental Science as well as other EHS & Compliance certifications.
