Founded in early 2003, a team of energy industry professionals had a vision; to create a 'one-stop-shop' energy service companythat would change the way pipeline operations and maintenance would be managed throughout North America. The company would be known as Energy Maintenance Services (EMS). From that moment on, it was clear that an aggressive expansion program was underway. Alliances were formed and further acquisitions were made. Meanwhile, the operations side of the business was growing fast and EMS began creating a reputation for providing quality operations and maintenance

Today - 8 years later, EMS currently employs more than 1,200 experienced professionals and provides a full range of operations and maintenance (O&M) services to more than 500 clients including many blue chip oil and gas exploration and production companies, major pipeline operators, local distribution companies (LDCs),independent power, refiners, utilities, LNG, power and pipeline operators throughout the United States.
