EMS USA can write and implement Integrity Management Programs (IMP) and execute the work involved in carrying out the plan to reach full compliance.  From surveying and performing assessments on your lines to identifying anomolies and repair needs to performing all the repairs, EMS USA offers the total integrated solution for Corrosion and Integrity.  We develop Integrity Management procedures and plans, as well as compliance and liability reviews.  We also provide you with audit support.

Turnkey Integrity Project Management
We utilize a turnkey approach to Pipeline Integrity projects, which begins with performing line assessments and determine necessary modifications.  We provide AGM marker placement, smart pig analysis, and hydrostatic testing to recertify the MAOP.  Our engineering team determines front end planning and whether lines are piggable.  They then determine modifications to our construction team, who carries out all constructions, repairs, and replacements.  All smart pig data and hydrostatic testing data can be analyzed here at EMS USA.  We provide all related reports, maps, and other documentation to our clients.
