Mr. Mott manages special projects for EMS USA’s Construction and Rehabilitation East Business Unit.  He has managed the construction of several large compressor stations ranging from $3M to $5M in revenue each. 

Mr. Mott has over twenty years of experience in Pipeline Construction and Maintenance, and was Vice President of Zaval-Tex, prior to the company being acquired by EMS Group I.  He began his career as a Foreman, and has held positions ranging from Equipment Operator to General Foreman to Superintendent. 

Mr. Mott is highly skilled in project estimation and management.  He has a wealth of knowledge in pipeline and facility construction and repair, as well as hands-on experience.
