Rachel Isaacs is Manager of GIS and Field Services for EMS USA’s GIS, Drafting, and Surveying Division.  She oversees multiple project managers and is responsible for the overall success of those projects. 

Ms. Isaacs is also the Project Manager for GIS, Drafting, and GPS survey projects, which includes client relations, survey crew logistics, data post-processing, and product deliverables.  She is a skilled GIS Analyst with experience integrating conventional and GPS survey data, and remotely sensed imagery within a GIS to evaluate pipeline conditions, land development, environmental issues, and high consequence areas. 

Ms. Isaacs completed a Master of Science Degree in Geography at Texas A&M University.
