Mr. Holfeld is an energy industry executive with more than 20 years experience and expertise in commercial contract negotiations, project management as well as domestic and international business development.

Mr. Holfeld's combined financial and project management background has allowed him to be successful in negotiating key contracts during the development or acquisition of major energy assets. In his prior positions with El Paso Energy and Raytheon Technical Services, Mr. Holfeld delivered substantial cost reductions and generated increased cash flow by utilizing project management and asset optimization skills.

Mr. Holfeld's global experience includes Russia, Canada, India, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Asia, Western Europe, Mexico, Latin America and the Mid-East. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
