Mr. Clemonds is responsible for all aspects of safe operations, profit and loss, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction at the GIS, Drafting & Surveying, and EHS & Compliance Business Units.  He is an experienced manager of client relations, personnel issues, team logistics, project planning and implementation, data processing, product deliverables, and financials. 

Mr. Clemonds is also a skilled Project Manager and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Consultant with expertise integrating field data and attributes, evaluating aerial and satellite imagery within a GIS to determine pipeline conditions, and resolving land development and environmental issues.  Mr. Clemonds has managed the successful implementation of several growth strategies for the EMS Business Units in his charge. 

His post-graduate work includes teaching GIS courses at Texas A&M University, consulting on image geo-rectification projects, and project management.
